Women’s duty pants should give you room to work without asking you to size away from your body.
Women’s tactical pants designed around a real woman’s fit
MGT Gear Women’s Tactical Pants are engineered with purposeful room through the hips, seat, and thighs. The mid-rise waistband includes elastic at the back to help keep a uniform top in place, while seven belt loops support a duty belt through long shifts.
Movement where your shift needs it
The ripstop main body uses durable two-way stretch. A four-way stretch crotch panel creates more freedom through the hips, seat, and thighs for bending, climbing, kneeling, lifting, and moving quickly when the work changes.
12 pockets for organized duty gear
The 12-pocket system includes two front slash pockets, two rear pockets, two large thigh cargo pockets, four snap-secure utility pockets, and two quick-access drop pockets. It keeps larger gear, narrow tools, and everyday essentials organized without giving up mobility.

Women’s Tactical Pants are available in Regular with a 31-inch inseam and Long with a 33-inch inseam. Both lengths use the same women-first fit. The hems can be tailored for height when needed.

These women’s duty pants are made for law enforcement, EMS, fire, corrections, security, construction, factory work, and any job that needs durable work pants with dependable movement. Reinforced articulated knees and a boot-ready leg opening support active days on the job.
Fabric and care
The pants use a ripstop blend of 51% polyester, 44% cotton, and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold, machine dry low, do not bleach, and iron warm when needed. The water-repellent treatment is designed to perform through 100 washes.

Do they fit true to size?
Your MGT size may be smaller than your usual duty size. Compare a comfortable mid-rise pair with our garment chart at the full waistband and hip/seat. The chart measures the pants, with the elastic waist relaxed—not your body. Then choose your color and inseam. Unsure? Can the pants be hemmed?
Yes. Both Regular and Long inseams can be hemmed for height.
