Refund policy

MGT Gear Return and Refund Policy

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return
Email support@mgtgear.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return destination. Do not send merchandise to any address shown elsewhere on our website or on a shipping label unless our support team has specifically authorized that destination. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees
For approved returns within the United States, MGT Gear provides a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and international return costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@mgtgear.com promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, worn or washed merchandise, and items without original tags are not eligible for return unless required by law or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
For a different size or item, contact support@mgtgear.com. Availability is not guaranteed. We may process the request as a return and a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed, plus any additional time required by your bank or card issuer.

European Union orders
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have statutory cancellation rights. Those rights are not limited by this policy.
