What we can make together

Uniforms, workwear, and apparel built around your brief.

A consistent team uniform. A better-fitting pair of work pants. A garment you want to sell under your own brand. We help you work through the fabric, fit, and construction needed to turn your idea into a product.

Men's & women's uniforms

Custom uniform development for businesses, departments, and organizations, with fit, color, pocket layout, and construction considered around the role.

Workwear & duty apparel

Work pants, tactical and cargo pants, shirts, and polos, developed around movement, practical storage, and the demands of the working day.

Your own apparel project

Bring an existing sample, a specification, or an early concept. We review other garment types and private label apparel requests against the materials and construction they require.

A direct connection to production

There are people behind every garment.

Our manufacturing foundation is a family-owned garment factory. We work directly with the pattern master, cutting team, sewing operators, and a dedicated quality control department.

That connection matters when a waistband needs adjusting, a pocket needs repositioning, or a sample needs another round of development. Your feedback can reach the team responsible for the garment's shape and construction.

Our own MGT Gear tactical pants and workwear pants show that process in practice: connecting a wearer's needs with pattern development and production. The same manufacturing foundation is available for your project.

From material to finished garment

Apparel manufacturing capabilities.

The details work together. A fabric affects the fit; a seam affects movement; a pocket changes how a garment is used. We bring those decisions into the development conversation.

Fabric sourcing & selection

Access to cotton and polyester/cotton blends, plus synthetic, stretch, and performance fabric options. We consider composition, weight, feel, stretch, finish, and availability against your intended use.

Pattern development & fit

Turn your design or reference sample into a garment pattern. Work through proportions, measurements, ease of movement, and fit revisions before approving the sample.

Sampling & product development

Assess a physical sample, review construction details, and identify changes before production. Samples make your ideas tangible and give the production team a reference to work toward.

Cutting, sewing & quality control

Dedicated cutting and sewing teams, with specialist operations for seams, reinforcement, and closures. Our quality control department supports garment inspection against the requirements agreed for your project.

A custom pair of pants. Made within days.

When suitable fabric is available and the design details are agreed, we can make an individual custom pair of pants within a few days.

Production time and shipping time are quoted separately. Timelines for samples and larger orders depend on materials, construction, quantities, and scheduling.

Before you get in touch

Manufacturing questions, answered.

Can you manufacture men's uniforms as well as women's apparel?

Yes. Our manufacturing service welcomes men's and women's uniform projects. MGT Gear's retail collection focuses on women, while manufacturing inquiries can cover a broader range of apparel.

Can you help if I only have an idea or reference sample?

Yes. Share what you want the garment to do and any reference images, measurements, or samples you have. We can discuss the pattern development, material selection, and sampling needed to develop your concept.

Can you source the fabric for my project?

Yes. We can explore fabric options against your brief, including cotton blends, synthetic materials, and stretch fabrics. Availability, minimum quantities, colors, finishes, and any required testing are reviewed for each project.

Do you accept small runs or custom garment requests?

We can discuss individual custom requests and small production runs. Feasibility and minimum quantities depend on the garment, fabric availability, color, and construction. Send your approximate quantity so we can review the options.

How long does custom apparel manufacturing take?

An individual custom pair of pants can be made within a few days when fabric is available and the details are agreed. Development, fabric sourcing, larger orders, and shipping have separate timelines. We confirm a schedule for your specific project.

Can you manufacture clothing for my own brand?

We welcome private label apparel inquiries. Share your garment requirements and the labels, packaging, or other brand details you need so we can confirm the scope, feasibility, and costs with you.
