MGT Gear Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by noon Eastern Time on a business day normally ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or on holidays normally ship the next business day. During unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on eligible US orders of $98.99 or more after discounts and before taxes. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside MGT Gear's control may affect delivery.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes
Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to request a correction, contact support@mgtgear.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears lost, email support@mgtgear.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information so we can investigate.

International orders
International availability, shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are determined at checkout where supported. Customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes unless checkout states otherwise.

Returns
Do not mail a return to an address shown on a shipment or elsewhere on the website. Review our Return and Refund Policy and contact support@mgtgear.com for authorization and the correct return destination.
