FLYING CROSS WOMEN’S PANTS ALTERNATIVE
Pockets for the day you actually have.
Some days you need a pocket for everything. Some days you just want your pants to look tidy, hold the essentials and stay out of the conversation.
I’m Miranda, a volunteer firefighter, a mom and one of MGT Gear’s co-founders. I like a clear choice. Especially when there are already seventeen other choices waiting before breakfast.

Flying Cross talks openly about women’s uniform fit and has developed women-specific designs using body data. That is worth acknowledging. If you are considering another option, the question is what fits your body and what your work actually requires—not whether women’s fit matters. It does.
First, decide what you need to carry.
MGT Workwear Pants have two front and two rear pockets. Tactical Pants have 12. Both share our mid-rise fit, with room through the hips, seat and thighs, an elastic back waist and stretch features for movement.
That keeps the decision practical: understand the fit, then choose the pocket layout. If your employer specifies an approved uniform, check that requirement first. Our Workwear Pants are not a promise of a formal-uniform replacement.
Same MGT fit. Pockets for your day.

A few useful answers
Are MGT pants automatically approved for my department?
No. Confirm the required color, fabric and uniform standard with your employer.
What if I need a different inseam?
MGT currently offers 31-inch regular and 33-inch long options. Check your required finished length.
Can the Fit Finder convert any Flying Cross pants?
No. It uses selected reference information to suggest a starting size. Different cuts need a measurement check.
